We proudly present The Carduus, our Supertuscan wine and a personal tribute from our winemaker to her Scottish heritage. Crafted exclusively from 100% estate-grown Merlot, this wine originates from a vineyard parcel rooted in a blend of clay and sandy soils—ideal for developing structure and finesse.
Aged for 18 months in 350L French oak barrels, The Carduus offers silky tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. On the nose and palate, it reveals a layered and distinctive aromatic profile with notes of black licorice, blood orange, and eucalyptus.
Refined yet bold, this wine pairs beautifully with modern cuisine, offering both elegance and character in every glass.
