Our Gran Selezione is crafted from a selection of Sangiovese grapes that comes from a soil rich in calcareous rock and schist. Aged for 30 months in 350L French oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in bottle, this wine develops complex layers of spice, refined tannins, minerality and a silky mouthfeel.
Ideal for memorable gatherings with family and close friends, this wine is best savored slowly—perhaps with a small piece of dark chocolate to enhance its depth and character. If you are patient enough, our Gran Selezione can also be aged at home for at least 25 years
