“P” stands for Paula’s pink and elegant rosé, crafted with care and personality. For the 2024 vintage, we selected Sangiovese grapes from our oldest vineyard parcel and employed the traditional French saignée method to achieve its delicate, peach-toned color.
The result is a rosé with a refined balance—fresh and fruity, yet structured, with lively acidity and a pleasant minerality. It captures the essence of Sangiovese while offering a fuller mouthfeel than typical rosés, making it a refreshing choice for warm, sunny days.
